  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Rub the lamb breast with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the lamb in a roasting pan, fat side up.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, or until the meat is tender and the top is crispy.
  5. Let the lamb rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
