Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Leg of Lamb about 5-6 pounds
- 4 cloves Garlic sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary chopped
- 1 tablespoon Thyme chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Make small incisions all over the lamb and insert garlic slices into them.
3. Rub the lamb with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
4. Place the lamb in a roasting pan and roast for about 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
5. Let the lamb rest for 15 minutes before carving.
