Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Leg of Lamb about 5-6 pounds
  • 4 cloves Garlic sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Thyme chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Make small incisions all over the lamb and insert garlic slices into them.
  3. 3. Rub the lamb with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Place the lamb in a roasting pan and roast for about 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
  5. 5. Let the lamb rest for 15 minutes before carving.
