Roasted Pork Banh Mi Recipe
A delicious Vietnamese sandwich with roasted pork, pickled vegetables, and fresh herbs.

- 1 lb Pork shoulder sliced thin
- 4 Baguettes split lengthwise
- 1 cup Pickled carrots and daikon
- 1 cup Cucumber slices
- ½ cup Fresh cilantro
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, sugar, and black pepper. Add pork and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Place marinated pork on a baking sheet and roast for 30-40 minutes, or until fully cooked.
While pork is roasting, prepare baguettes by spreading mayonnaise on each side.
Once pork is done, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
Assemble the banh mi by layering pork, pickled vegetables, cucumber slices, and cilantro in the baguettes.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
