Rockin Oysters Rockefeller Recipe
A classic and delicious way to enjoy oysters with a rich, buttery topping.

Main Ingredients
- 12 pieces Oysters shucked
- 1 cup Spinach chopped
- ¼ cup Butter melted
- ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, melted butter, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Place the shucked oysters on a baking sheet.
Spoon the spinach mixture over each oyster.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the topping is golden and bubbly.
