  • 12 pieces Oysters shucked
  • 1 cup Spinach chopped
  • ¼ cup Butter melted
  • ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, melted butter, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the shucked oysters on a baking sheet.
  4. Spoon the spinach mixture over each oyster.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the topping is golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
