Ingredients

  • 1 lb Salmon fillet, skin removed finely chopped
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Green onions finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, green onions, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook the salmon patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve the salmon burgers on buns with your favorite toppings.
