Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Salmon fillet skin removed and cut into chunks
  • 2 cups Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  2. 2. Add the diced potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
  3. 3. Stir in the corn kernels and heavy cream. Cook for a few more minutes until the corn is tender.
  4. 4. Add the salmon chunks and cook until the salmon is just cooked through.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the chopped fresh dill just before serving.
