Ingredients 

Filling

  • 1 cup Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Scallops
  • 1 cup Frozen peas and carrots
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 package Pie crust store-bought or homemade

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, scallops, and frozen peas and carrots.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Gradually whisk in milk, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened.
  5. Pour the sauce over the seafood and vegetable mixture. Stir to combine.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a pie dish. Cover with pie crust, sealing the edges.
  7. Cut slits in the top of the crust to allow steam to escape.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
