Seafood Pot Pie Recipe

- 1 cup Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Scallops
- 1 cup Frozen peas and carrots
- ¼ cup Butter
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 package Pie crust store-bought or homemade
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, scallops, and frozen peas and carrots.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in milk, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened.
Pour the sauce over the seafood and vegetable mixture. Stir to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a pie dish. Cover with pie crust, sealing the edges.
Cut slits in the top of the crust to allow steam to escape.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
