  • 200 g Cooked Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Dill
  • 2 pieces Lettuce Leaves
  • 2 pieces Sandwich Rolls split

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and chopped dill.
  2. 2. Add the cooked shrimp to the bowl and mix until well coated.
  3. 3. Toast the sandwich rolls in a frying pan until golden brown.
  4. 4. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each roll, then top with the shrimp mixture.
  5. 5. Cover with the top half of the roll and serve immediately.
