Seafood Seviche Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Fresh fish fillets (e.g., tilapia, snapper) cut into small cubes
- 1 cup Fresh lime juice
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- ½ cup Chopped red onion
- 1 cup Chopped cilantro
- 1 unit Jalapeño pepper seeded and minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the fish and lime juice. Make sure the fish is fully submerged in the lime juice. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and firm.
2. Drain the lime juice from the fish. Add the tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and salt. Mix well.
3. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or on a bed of lettuce.
