Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms stems removed
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • ½ cup shrimp, chopped cooked
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the seafood mixture.
  4. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm.
