  • 4 fillets Swai fish thawed if frozen
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the Swai fillets.
  4. Place the fillets on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
