She Crab Soup
A creamy, rich soup made with crab meat and a touch of sherry.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Crab meat fresh or canned
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Fish stock
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Sherry
Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
Add flour and whisk until smooth. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually add milk and fish stock, whisking constantly until thickened.
Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in crab meat, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add sherry and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with a sprinkle of fresh parsley if desired.
