Ingredients 

Dumpling Filling

  • 200 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 100 g Edamame shelled
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 20 pieces Dumpling Wrappers

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, edamame, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. 2. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  3. 3. Fold the wrapper over the filling and seal the edges with water.
  4. 4. Steam the dumplings for 8-10 minutes until the shrimp is cooked through.
