Dumpling Filling
- 200 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 100 g Edamame shelled
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 20 pieces Dumpling Wrappers
1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, edamame, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
2. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
3. Fold the wrapper over the filling and seal the edges with water.
4. Steam the dumplings for 8-10 minutes until the shrimp is cooked through.
