Shrimp and Grits Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup grits
- 4 cups water
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- to taste salt and pepper
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add grits, reduce heat, and cook until thickened.
Stir in cheese and butter into the grits. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add shrimp and paprika, cook until shrimp is pink.
Serve shrimp over grits. Enjoy!
