  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup dry sherry
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, melted butter, garlic, sherry, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Spread the breadcrumb mixture over the shrimp.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until shrimp are cooked through and topping is golden brown.
