Shrimp De Jonghe

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup dry sherry
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, melted butter, garlic, sherry, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Spread the breadcrumb mixture over the shrimp.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until shrimp are cooked through and topping is golden brown.
