Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo
A creamy, delicious shrimp fettuccine alfredo that's perfect for dinner.

Main Ingredients
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish
Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove shrimp and set aside.
Pour the heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Add the cooked fettuccine and shrimp back to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
