Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Frozen peas and carrots thawed
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
  2. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, then remove from wok.
  4. Add peas and carrots, cook for a few minutes.
  5. Push veggies to the side, pour in beaten eggs, and scramble.
  6. Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mix everything together.
  7. Return shrimp to the wok, stir until everything is well combined.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
