Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bag Tortilla chips
- 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
Top with seasoned shrimp and shredded cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes or until shrimp are cooked and cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and top with salsa. Serve immediately.
