Shrimp Quesadillas Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 8 pieces Flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add shrimp, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp is pink and opaque, about 4-5 minutes.
3. Remove shrimp from skillet and chop into bite-sized pieces.
4. Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle with cheese, add shrimp, and top with another tortilla. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
5. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling. Serve hot.
