Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined finely chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoon green onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 24 pieces wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, cream cheese, green onions, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
  2. 2. Place a teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. 3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to seal.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the wontons until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  7. 7. Serve hot with dipping sauce of your choice.
