Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until shrimp is pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Add white wine and lemon juice. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in parsley and serve immediately.
