Main Ingredients
- 200 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 slices White bread crusts removed
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon Green onions, chopped
- 1 cup Oil for frying
1. Chop the shrimp into a fine paste.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and green onions.
3. Spread the shrimp mixture evenly on one side of each bread slice.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the bread, shrimp side down, until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and fry the other side for another minute.
6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
