- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 4 Hamburger buns
1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onions over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onions are tender.
2. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
3. Stir in the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Serve the meat mixture on hamburger buns.
