  • 2 lb Beef Chuck Roast
  • 1 packet Dry Italian Salad Dressing Mix
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 6 rolls Sandwich Rolls

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place beef chuck roast in a slow cooker.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine dry Italian salad dressing mix and beef broth. Pour over the roast.
  3. 3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
  4. 4. Shred the beef using two forks and serve on sandwich rolls.
