Slow Cooker Beef Sliders

- 2 lbs Beef Chuck Roast
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 packet Dry Onion Soup Mix
- 8 Slider Buns
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 Pickles, sliced
1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
2. Pour the beef broth over the roast.
3. Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over the top.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the beef is tender and easily shredded.
5. Remove the beef from the slow cooker and shred with two forks.
6. Return the shredded beef to the slow cooker and mix with the juices.
7. Serve the shredded beef on slider buns, topped with shredded cheddar cheese, sliced onions, and pickles.
