Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Place beef, mushrooms, onion, and garlic in the slow cooker.
2. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
4. In a small bowl, mix sour cream and flour until smooth. Stir into the slow cooker.
5. Cook on high for an additional 30 minutes, or until sauce is thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
