  • 1 lb Beef stew meat
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 2 cups Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped celery
  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Frozen peas

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add beef, broth, tomatoes, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
  2. 2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
  3. 3. Stir in frozen peas and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
