Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef stew meat
- 4 cups Beef broth
- 2 cups Diced tomatoes
- 1 cup Chopped carrots
- 1 cup Chopped celery
- 1 cup Chopped onion
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cups Frozen peas
1. Add beef, broth, tomatoes, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
3. Stir in frozen peas and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
4. Serve hot and enjoy!
