Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast boneless, skinless
  • 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Corn drained
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 packet Chili seasoning
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place chicken at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. 2. Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, chili seasoning, onion, and garlic.
  3. 3. Stir to combine.
  4. 4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  5. 5. Shred the chicken with two forks before serving.
