Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie Stew

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
1. Add chicken, mixed vegetables, potatoes, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
2. Stir to combine all ingredients.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
4. Serve hot and enjoy!
