Main Ingredients
- 3-4 pounds corned beef brisket with spice packet
- 10 small red potatoes
- 5 carrots, peeled and cut into 3-inch pieces
- 1 large head cabbage, cut into small wedges
- 4 cups water
Place corned beef brisket into the slow cooker.
Add spice packet, potatoes, and carrots.
Pour in water until it just covers the meat.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Add cabbage wedges to the slow cooker and cook for another hour.
Remove meat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Serve with vegetables.
