Slow Cooker Ground Beef and Vegetable Soup

Main Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2 cups diced tomatoes undrained
- 2 cups chopped carrots
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper to taste
1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the cooked ground beef to the slow cooker.
3. Add all the remaining ingredients to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the vegetables are tender.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed before serving.
