Main Ingredients
- 4 lamb chops
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
- 1 cup beef broth
1. Season lamb chops with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear lamb chops on both sides until browned.
3. Place lamb chops in the slow cooker. Add garlic, rosemary, and beef broth.
4. Cook on low for 4 hours or until lamb is tender.
