Slow Cooker Lamb Stew Recipe
Hearty and delicious lamb stew made easy in a slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Lamb shoulder, cut into chunks
- 2 cups Carrots, sliced
- 1 cup Onions, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Beef broth
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cups Potatoes, diced
1. In a slow cooker, combine lamb, carrots, onions, garlic, beef broth, tomato paste, thyme, salt, and pepper.
2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until lamb is tender.
3. Add potatoes and cook for an additional 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
4. Serve hot and enjoy!
