Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Lamb shoulder, cut into chunks
  • 2 cups Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a slow cooker, combine lamb, carrots, onions, garlic, beef broth, tomato paste, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until lamb is tender.
  3. 3. Add potatoes and cook for an additional 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
  4. 4. Serve hot and enjoy!
