Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 leg Lamb about 4-5 pounds
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary fresh, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Thyme fresh, chopped
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rub the lamb with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Place the lamb in the slow cooker and pour the beef broth around it.
  3. 3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the meat is tender.
  4. 4. Let the lamb rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
