  • 3 lbs Pork Shoulder
  • ½ cup Orange Juice
  • ¼ cup Lime Juice
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano dried
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix together orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker and pour the juice mixture over the pork.
  3. 3. Add the chicken broth to the slow cooker.
  4. 4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
  5. 5. Shred the pork with two forks and mix it with the juices in the slow cooker before serving.
