- 3 lbs Pork Shoulder
- ½ cup Orange Juice
- ¼ cup Lime Juice
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Oregano dried
- 1 teaspoon Cumin

- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
1. In a bowl, mix together orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
2. Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker and pour the juice mixture over the pork.
3. Add the chicken broth to the slow cooker.
