- 4 pounds Pork Shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 large Onion sliced
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Place the sliced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker.
2. Rub the pork shoulder with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Place the pork shoulder on top of the onions and garlic.
4. Pour the BBQ sauce over the pork.
5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
6. Shred the pork using two forks and mix it with the juices in the slow cooker.
