- 3 lb Beef Roast
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the beef roast on all sides until browned.
2. Place the chopped onion and minced garlic in the slow cooker.
3. Place the seared beef roast on top of the onions and garlic.
4. Pour the beef broth over the roast. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the beef is tender.
6. Remove the roast from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
