Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 leg Lamb about 4-5 pounds
  • 4 cloves Garlic sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary fresh, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Thyme fresh, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Make small incisions all over the lamb and insert garlic slices into each incision.
  3. Rub the lamb with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the lamb in a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for about 4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
  5. Let the lamb rest for 15 minutes before carving.
