Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef 80/20 blend
- 4 Burger buns
- 4 slices Cheese American or cheddar
- 1 tablespoon Butter for toasting buns
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Preheat your griddle to medium-high heat.
2. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and roll them into balls.
3. Place the beef balls onto the griddle and smash them flat with a spatula.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy and cooked through.
6. Add cheese slices on top of the patties and let them melt.
7. Toast the burger buns with butter on the griddle.
8. Assemble the burgers and serve hot.
