- 8 oz Smoked fish flaked
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Sour cream
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Dill chopped
- 1 teaspoon Hot sauce optional

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the smoked fish, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, and hot sauce.
2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
