- 2 racks Pork Ribs
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
2. In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
3. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
4. Place the ribs in the smoker and cook for 3 hours.
5. After 3 hours, wrap the ribs in foil and cook for another hour.
6. Remove the foil and cook for an additional 30 minutes to 1 hour, basting with your favorite BBQ sauce.
7. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
