  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Green Onion sliced
  • 1 Cucumber sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed smoked salmon, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. 2. Place the cooked rice in bowls.
  3. 3. Top the rice with the smoked salmon mixture, avocado slices, cucumber slices, and green onion.
  4. 4. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve immediately.
