1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
2. Dredge the pork chops in flour, shaking off any excess.

4. Brown the pork chops on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

6. Sprinkle the remaining flour over the onions and stir to combine.
7. Gradually add the chicken broth, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens.
8. Return the pork chops to the skillet, spooning some gravy over the top.
9. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through.
