  • 4 Pork Chops
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 large Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Dredge the pork chops in flour, shaking off any excess.
  3. 3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Brown the pork chops on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  5. 5. In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and cook until softened.
  6. 6. Sprinkle the remaining flour over the onions and stir to combine.
  7. 7. Gradually add the chicken broth, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens.
  8. 8. Return the pork chops to the skillet, spooning some gravy over the top.
  9. 9. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through.
