  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture onto the chicken breasts.
  3. 3. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. During the last few minutes of cooking, brush the BBQ sauce onto the chicken breasts.
  5. 5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
