Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, mix buttermilk with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add chicken thighs and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. 2. In another bowl, combine flour, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. 4. Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture, ensuring it's well coated.
  5. 5. Fry chicken in batches for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. 6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
