- 4 pieces Pork Chops bone-in
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Chicken broth low sodium
- 1 large Onion sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon Thyme dried
- 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Season pork chops with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Dredge pork chops in flour, shaking off excess.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown pork chops on both sides. Remove and set aside.
Add onions to the skillet and cook until soft. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
Sprinkle remaining flour into the skillet, stirring constantly. Gradually whisk in chicken broth.
Return pork chops to the skillet. Cover and simmer for 30-35 minutes, until tender.
