- 1.5 kg Pork Shoulder
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Rub the mixture all over the pork shoulder.
Place the pork in a roasting pan and roast for about 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
