  • 1.5 kg Pork Shoulder
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the pork shoulder.
  4. Place the pork in a roasting pan and roast for about 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
  5. Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
