2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and bell peppers, cook until soft.
4. Add the spiced lamb mixture to the pan and cook until browned. Remove from heat.
5. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking tray. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
6. Spread the cooked lamb mixture over the tomato sauce. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
