  • 1 lb Ground Lamb
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Pizza Dough
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 1 cup Chopped Bell Peppers

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and bell peppers, cook until soft.
  4. 4. Add the spiced lamb mixture to the pan and cook until browned. Remove from heat.
  5. 5. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking tray. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  6. 6. Spread the cooked lamb mixture over the tomato sauce. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. 8. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve.
