Spicy Canned Tuna Fish Cakes

- 2 cans Tuna drained
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 large Egg beaten
- ¼ cup Green Onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, green onions, sriracha, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
Form the mixture into small patties.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
