- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Chipotle chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chipotle chili powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lime juice.
2. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
3. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
5. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until opaque and cooked through.
6. Serve hot with lime wedges.
